First of all I must define the phrase Perfect Diet that what actually means.
Perfect diet means the actual food we need for our diet,Above i am giving the manner that what actually we need to do for our diet procedure.
BREAKFAST:
It is the most important doze you dont have to ignore it.because eating less results metabolism less.
2 breads at least
Tea Or Coffe (with less amount of milk in it)&(less Amount of Sugar) 1 cup.
AFTER NOON (LUNCH):
The Most important thing which i will suggest you that is GREEN TEA,which you have to drink after 1 hour of eating suggested meal.it tastes bitter but u will have to must prefer it,Because it plays an very important role in muscle contraction.
1 meal with some reasonable amount of vegetable ( Green vegetables) Vegeterians can eat 1 piece of boiled meat.
Must Avoid Oily Dishes.
After eating this have to walk for atleast 15 mins.
EVENING:
A cup or bowl of vegetable soup
IN NIGHT (DINNER):
1 meal with some vegetable.
1 meal with some vegetable.
And also here i will say that u must drink Green Tea after 1 hour of doing Dinner.
MUST READ:
All the changes occurs gradually not rapidly,so maintain patience,and try to create a potential in yourself,
Some times we think we are doing all this but result isnt coming but we must know that changes occurs gradually we have to go on and go on not we have to pause our diet.
I will say that if you have the potential,self confidence and if u acts this diet perfectly u will see a great change in 15 days.
